MMSU, ANTAP CNA registered anew with CSC

The Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between the MMSU management and the Association of Non-Teaching Administrative Personnel (ANTAP) was registered anew with the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

CSC Ilocos Norte Director Rex R. Ami personally came to award the certificate to MMSU President Shirley C. Agrupis and ANTAP President Gerard Ragudo in a simple ceremony held at the Ferdinand E. Marcos Hall on September 9. Atty. Ami lauded the ANTAP members and the university administration for their commitment in sustaining harmonious working relationship.

With certificate no. 1699, the effectivity of the CNA is until March 7, 2022.

MMSU-ANTAP is a labor organization registered with the Department of Labor and Employment under Registration Certificate No. 285 on July 10, 1992, and with the CSC under Certificate No. 184 on September 9, 1999.

As stipulated in the agreement, the ANTAP members shall enjoy some basic rights, representations and privileges such as participation to assemblies and meetings, use of university facilities and equipment for their activities, membership in committees, access to information, health and safety benefits, training opportunities, among others.
