FEEDBACK AND REDRESS/COMPLAINT MECHANISM

Your comments and suggestions will help us improve the delivery of our services.

You may do any of the following:

  • Accomplish our Feedback Form and drop it in the suggestion box located at the entrance of the Administration Building.
  • Inform the Security Guard on duty at the Administration Building or approach our Officer of the Day assigned in the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk.
  • Complaints in writing can also be directed to the Office of the University President which shall be acted upon within five (5) working days:
