Two grads pass ChemEng Exam

TWO OF FOUR MMSU graduates passed the April 2009 Chemical Engineers Licensure Examination. The university’s 50 percent passing rate is higher than the national passing percentage of 43.63.

The two successful examinees are engineers Marcial Alega and Kathleen Arellano.

Sirmata to hold writing workshop

A summer writing workshop is scheduled for aspiring SIRMATA staff on May 19-22. This is in preparation for the next qualifying examination for the editorial board and staff of the university students’ official publication.

Professional journalists have been invited to serve as resource speakers.
