MMSU best in Northern Luzon

MMSU made a mark in the April 2017 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination (EELE) conducted by the PRC in the cities of Baguio, Manila and Cebu.

MMSU recorded a 66.67 percent passing rate as against the national success figure of 41.27 success rate.

According to engineer Wilson Duldulao, chair of the COE Department of Electronics Engineering, the EELE has improved and “we even regained the number one position among 18 schools in northern Luzon that offer the BSECE program.”

“With these results, we, at the Department of Electronics Engineering, will continue to strictly implement our academic retention policies and other measures to assess the capability and readiness of our students in order to increase or maintain a high passing percentage in future board examinations,” he said.

Meanwhile, MMSU posted a remarkable record in the 2017 Board Examinations for Electronics Technicians by obtaining a 100 percent passing rate. The two MMSU examinees both made the mark.. The national passing rate stood at 80.10 percent.
