With its rich academic tradition, diverse programs, and welcoming environment, MMSU Graduate School remains a prime destination for international students. 

Tian Yan, student of Master of Arts in Nursing, major in Surgical Nursing program, and Liu Junran, student of Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management program, are currently enrolled at MMSU Graduate School. They reflect on the growing trend of Chinese students seeking quality education and unique opportunities at MMSU during their stay.

“I chose MMSU because of its strong reputation in the medical field and the opportunity to learn from experienced faculty members who are leaders in nursing,” Tian Yan shared. “I was inspired by my colleague, Jiang Zihui, a former MMSU student in the Doctor of Education program,” he added. 

The Master of Arts in Nursing is designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, giving a comprehensive understanding of surgical nursing practices. MMSU is also dedicated to interdisciplinary collaboration, which allows students to engage with peers and professionals from various healthcare fields.

On the other hand, Liu Junran shared his passion for education and how MMSU assisted him with his knowledge and skills. “MMSU’s program stood out for its blend of academic rigor and practical application, providing students with the tools to address the challenges faced by educational leaders today,” he said. “Just like Tian Yan, I was also inspired by a colleague, Cai Wei, who took up the Doctor of Education program at MMSU,” he expressed.

The Master of Arts in Education encourages critical thinking and innovative problem-solving approaches and covers topics including educational policies and leadership strategies.

As MMSU continues to build its reputation on the global stage, the influx of international students like Tian Yan and Liu Junran enriches the university’s academic community, strengthens cultural ties, and promotes mutual understanding between MMSU and international universities.
