<P><FONT face=Verdana size=4><STRONG>#12 of 179 schools</STRONG></FONT></P><P><STRONG><FONT face=Verdana size=5>MMSU scores 81% in nurse exam</FONT></STRONG></P>

MMSU is rank 12 among 179 nursing schools in the country with 100 or more examines. The university is still number one in the region in the said category.

This was based on the university’s performance as to percentage passing in the June 2009 Licensure Examination for Nurses conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.

This developed as 92 graduates passed the said board examination recording an 81.42 percent overall passing mark for MMSU. A total of 113 graduates took the test.

Of the 92 passers, 88 took the examination for the first time and turned in a 91 percent passing rating. The rest were repeaters who registered a passing figure of only 32 percent.
