MR. VIRGILIO Baguinon presents to President Miriam E. Pascua electrical tools, paraphernalia, and books during a turn-over program held at the College of Engineering, May 27. Baguinon, an alumnus of the then College of Agriculture and Forestry (now College of Agriculture, Food, and Sustainable Development) is based in Stockton, California. He previously worked at the then Philippine Tobacco Research and Training Center, now NTA. The donation will be used mainly for instruction purposes.
