31 pass PT exam, set record

THE RECORD for the biggest number of MMSU passers in a single examination has been set in the July 2011 Physical Therapist Licensure Examination. Thirty one of 43 examinees from the university achieved a 75 percent passing rate, above the national average of 57.24. The lone repeater who took the examination made it. In July last year, MMSU produced 21 new physical therapists.


The successful examinees attended the oathtaking ceremonies at the Manila Hotel, Sept. 4, and the testimonial program tendered by the CHS at the Teatro Ilocandia, Aug. 31.
