Colegio de Dagupan is now the 30th HEI member of ZRC for Region 1. To recall, HEIs under the jurisdiction of CHED ZRC are only HEIs which offer graduate programs regardless of the number of graduate programs offered. However, an HEI which can no longer produce graduates in any of the graduate programs offered, will automatically be removed from the list of HEI members of CHED-ZRC.
