Qualifications:

1. Must be a holder of a baccalaureate degree.

2. Must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.

Documentary Requirements to be submitted at the University Registrar for Evaluation;

1. Duly accomplished Application form for Admission (Access the form thur this linak: https://bit.ly/2ZYDHl3)

2. Transcript of Records

- For graduates of private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), submit TOR validated by CHED Special Order

- For graduates of public HEIs, submit true copy of TOR or Certificate of Graduation

- For graduates of foreign schools, submit 2 original copies of Official TOR duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)

3. PhilSat Result (if applicable)

4. PSA-authenticated Birth certificate

5. PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate ( if applicable)

6. Certificate of Good Moral Character

Deadline of Application: July 10, 2020
Entrance Exam Schedule: July 18, 25 Aug 1, 8 2020 (those without PhilSat)
