Admission for New Freshmen for First Semester, Academic Year 2010-2011 is now ongoing.

Please bring with you the following:

    1. Original Copy of Form 138 (High School Card Report)
    2. MMSU College Freshman Admission Test (CFAT) Rating Report (from the MMSU Registrar's Office, City of Batac Main Campus)
    3. Birth Certificate (issued by National Statistics Office (NSO)
    4. One (1) 1"x 1" ID picture
