MMSU posts 100% in nurse, CPA exams

MMSU has achieved a mean feat: 100 percent passing rates in two licensure examinations.

The MMSU Department of Nursing scored a back-to-back excellent perfromance. In the recent licensure examination for nurses administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), all eight first time examinees passed the test, garnering a 100 percent passing rate which they also achieved in November.

The successful MMSU graduates were among the 6,183 who passed the examination taken by 14,184 nursing graduates throughout the country. The national passing rate was a mere 43.59 percent.

In the CPA Licensure Examination, all six examinees passed the test, thus likewise giving the university a 100 percent passing rate as against the 42.84 percent national passing.

Civil Engineers, Chemical Engineers also shine
