President Miriam E. Pascua, in an effort to fully orient all MMSU staff and personnel for multi-tasking capabilities, issued Special Order No. 09-007 dated Jan. 30 designating three chiefs of offices to occupy positions other than their present posts.

Mrs. Teresita V. Dilig of the Supply Office (SO) was designated to take over Mrs. Marcela V. Aison of the Records Office who was ordered to take the post of Mrs. Virginia J. Catudan of the Personnel Office, now the SO chief.

Dilig headed the SO for 14 years starting in 1995 under the administration of the late Dr. Elias L. Calacal, fourth MMSU president. She entered the university in 1973 as clerk at the then Northern Luzon Teacher’s College, now CTE. She rose to become Supply Officer V before getting the rank of supervising administrative officer.

Aison was designated to head the Records Office on June 12, 2007. Prior to that, she was holding the rank of Human Resource Management Officer IV and stationed at the Personnel Office of the university. She currently holds a supervising administrative officer item. She came to the university in 1981 as clerk.

Catudan was chief of the Personnel Office since Sept. 10, 1999. She holds the rank of Administrative Officer V. She entered the university in 1978 as office aide.
