<font style="font-weight: bold;" size="5">Graduates post 65% rating in nurse exam <br></font>
MMSU GRADUATES turned in a 65 percent passing record in the June 2007 licensure examination for nurses.Examinees were composed of 2006 and 2007 graduates as well as those who took the retake of Test III and Test V of the controversial June 2006 board examination.
All 10 takers from Class 2007 passed the test thereby registering a 100 percent passing rating. They are the first batch of examinees coming from the said group. Normally, bulk of the nursing graduates from the university takes the examination scheduled in November.
Meanwhile, only 48 percent of the retakers from Batch 2006 passed the said examination, thus the 65 percent overall passing record for MMSU. The national mark was 48.18 percent.
The new nurses from Class 2007 are: Nikka Lauda N. Abellon, Donnabelle S. Acantilado, Donna Dessa C. Acuna, Divina C. Anyog, Eden Pearl M. Chan, Gladys C. Espina, Denn Mark D. Ligot, Edward D. Padua, Leah R. Semacio, and Asleigh Stephen T. Ulep.
Passers from Batch 2006 are: Karen Basilio, Halemark Beza, Rochelle Erice, Elena Guyo, Daphne Ines, Jemalyn Pascua, Romelyn Raymundo, Reina Belle Saludares, May Ann Sanchez, Kristal Sibuma, and Evangeline Walet.
Meanwhile, the June 2006 passers who took the retake of Tests III and V are: Janelyn Estrera and Patricia Ann Farinas.
