Corpus, executive director of AACCUP; Dr. Mario S. Suba, director for accreditation of CLSU; and Dr. Rosanna Grace B. Belo, dean of the College of Nursing of WVSU.

On the whole, the accreditation group composed of 25 AACCUP-trained evaluators from various higher education institutions in the country.  Heading them was Dr. Nilo E. Colinares, AACCUP overall coordinator.

The accreditation of the curricular programs of the university is one of the main thrusts of the present administration as embodied in the 10-point agenda of President Miriam E. Pascua.  . To date, the university already has 35 accredited programs out of the 44 degree programs it offers. Five of these are enjoying Level III status. Ten others are qualified or have passed for Level III.  Five more programs are undergoing assessment for Level III while five have been accredited/re-accredited for Level II.  Moreover, 10 undergraduate programs are on candidate status.
