With a whopping score of 96.68 percent, the Reserved Officers Training Course (ROTC) unit of the MMSU Batac campus bagged the top place in the 2009 ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI).

Conducted by officers of the 1st Regional Community Defense Group of the Army Reserved Command of the Philippine Army, the annual evaluation and tactical inspection was held Feb. 10 at MMSU Athletic Grounds.

The unit obtained a perfect rating of 100 percent in the administrative aspects of office management, filing system, and in the attendance of cadets.

University of Northern Philippines came in second with 95.36 percent while Don Mariano Marcos State University-Southern La Union Campus scored 95.32 percent to settle for third place. (Herdy L. Yumul)
