MMSU grad tops electrical engineer exams

A graduate of MMSU College of Engineering (COE) emerged as topnotcher in the September 2021 Electrical Engineering licensure examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Engr. Wendell B. Pascual landed tenth place in the examination with a rating of 89.10 percent.
He is among the 30 MMSU graduates who passed the said exam, yielding an institutional passing rate of 53.57 percent. They were among the 1,668 new registered electrical engineers in the country.
On the other hand, 34 graduates hurdled the September 2021 Registered Master Electricians licensure exam, producing a 66.67 percent institutional average.
A total of 4,823 electrical engineering graduates from various schools took the REE (2,590) and RME (2,233) exams in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on September 5-7.
