COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION – The Student Council president here has topped the Civil Service Examination Sub-professional Level given by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) at the Ilocos Norte National High School Vocational Compound, April 2.

Reyah N. Velasco, a fourth year secondary education student majoring in English, obtained a general rating of 89.58 which named her topnotcher in Region I.

Velasco, who hails from Fortuna, Marcos, Ilocos Norte, received, together with other passers, their certificates of eligibility before CSC Provincial Director Nieves T. Duldulao Aug. 7 at the Provincial Capitol Auditorium.

The examination covered English, mathematics, and political science.
