THREE students of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) received a scholarship grant from Joselito Sapuay and his wife Belinda Pacis who are presently residing in California, USA and members of the Vintarinians of California.

Dr. Cecilia Pacis-Aribuabo, former CTE professor and LES principal, now DepEd-Laoag City’s schools division superintendent and Belinda’s sister, awarded three grantees their certificate of scholarship and stipend amounting to Php20,000 covering the first and second semesters of SY 2006-2007. 

The recipients are: Gretchen Grace A. Butac and Marian Rose E. Andrade, BEEd IB; and Jackie Pearl D. Andoy, BEEd IC.  All of them are residents of Vintar, Ilocos Norte where Pacis-Sapuay originates.
