The Search for Mr. and Ms. University was held on Dec. 18, 2008 at the Imelda Cultural Center during the MMSU night as part of the Batac City fiesta celebrations.
Crowned as Miss University was Farah Jane Dalo, a first year B.S. Accountancy student. Arianne Rae Rubio, a B.S. Nursing sophomore, was adjudged Mr. University.
Other winners were Jarro Gainer Aga (B.S. Hospitality Management-I) and Loren Mar G. Artajos (B.S. Nursing-II) as 1st runners-up.
John Lester B. Gabines (B.S. Computer Eng-I) and Fil-ann C. Ruiz (B.S. Nursing-II) won as 2nd runners-up.
