Her appointment into the MMSU presidency was signed by CHED Chairperson Patricia Licuanan on the 31st of July, the seventh month of the year. Despite the coincidences, this writer believes that numbers are just symbols that are used in indicating a quantity or an order. People interpret them because they have become meaningful parts of our lives.
