CTE grad is top 8 in LET 2011
With a score of 84.00, Miafrecelle Pascua Cadiz added another feather in the university’s cap when she landed eighth in the 2011 Licensure Examination for Teachers (Elementary Level) given last Sept. 25 in 18 testing centers nationwide.
She was among the 10, 243 elementary teachers out of 45,171examinees (22.68%) who hurdled the said examination. The College of Teacher Education had a passing rate of 54.73 percent in the Bachelor of Elementary Education level, while it posted 57.76 percent passing rate in the Bachelor of Secondary Education level.
Cadiz hails from Cadaratan, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte. She graduated salutatorian from Cadaratan Elementary School and honorable mention from Cadaratan National High School. She is the daughter of Efren Cadiz and the late Mercy Cadiz.
In 2009, Peter John S. Magana emerged top four; while Mary Rose Cachero placed fifth in 2008. Both were BEEd graduates.
