The College of Health Sciences started as the College of Nursing (CN) of the Mariano Marcos Memorial College of Science and Technology (MMMSCST) on June 20, 1976 by virtue of Board Resolution No. 140, s. 1976.

At that time, the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital (MMMH) was also about to offer a degree program in nursing.

To provide quality instruction and training in nursing, pharmacy, and physical therapy education and to improve the lives of people through relevant researches and programs in health care.
